Sorry but this was a terrible experience with your company and I would think you should be embarrassed. Price gouging, inept, incompetent and not qualified, I needed an ELECTRICIAN and you sent the village idiot. He had no clue what he was doing, spent time on the phone getting direction from another electrician, yammered on about personal business, putting everything back together and then said "uh-oh, still not working". Had to take it all apart again - conveniently while the clock ticked. He then had to go to the store to get blue wire - what electrician doesn't carry wire? AND THEN CHARGED ME FOR THE TIME! He was going to pick up another switch plate, but oopsie, for got it. He didn't produce any receipts for parts, sat in his truck for 15 minutes writing out the bill WHICH HE BILLED ME FOR! The actual time of what was needed should have been under an hour if he knew what he was doing of if a qualified electrician was actually doing. I strongly DO NOT recommend and will never recommend this business. PS, my condo association recommended you. They'll be using someone new.
