Got referral from local Sherwin Williams paint store. Contacted Octavian about paint and flooring work. He promised to stop by for review and estimate. Skipped the appt. Upon follow-up, he promised and missed other three time slots, and no follow-up. Seems to lack reliability and keeping words.
