I ordered a memorial bench for my grandparents. It arrived so quickly and it was just perfect- just as we ordered. Also, the staff was wonderful to work with and very helpful. I did this completely over the Internet with this company and I felt very comfortable with the staff and how easy it was to get the final product. I would highly recommend. Nicky

I just wanted to write a bit on how awesome Sartin Memorials/Mike's Laser Etching is. They listened to everything I wanted and made an amazing headstone for my baby boy. It turned out beautiful; I am very pleased with the work. Also, Heather was very friendly and helpful. She made sure to keep me updated on the progress of the headstone and help with the forms. I would definitely reccomend this business to someone buying a memorial online. Thank you again!

We stopped at Sartin's offices after having attended the burial of my Mother-In-Law. Mike, Heather and the rest of the staff provided us with top notch customer service. We had a photo of a Family Headstone that we wanted to match. Luckily, Mike had that type headstone in stock. Heather did a superb job with designing the layout of Headstone inscriptions. Mike told us that the Headstone should be completed and installed within a 30-40 day time frame. To our joyous surprise, they had the Headstone finished and installed 6 DAYS LATER !!! We can't praise Sartin enough. Just a totally pleasurable experience. Joe

Great Work! I submitted a photo and general layout, they put together a proof and the finish product (photo quality) was excellent. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
