I do not recommend Finch Auto to any one. He kept my truck for four months charged me a little over $5000.00. I even had to pay for a starter he tore up. Please do not use this company.

resonse to mrs jean rainey of folsom la.by john finch owner of finch auto repair. this truck came in as a sublet from another auto repair shop meaning we did the work and they did the final billing,my bill to them was $2850.00, they marked it up $2200.00 dollars. this irate and i mean irate woman came to my shop holding the other shops invoice srceaming at me telling me this is unecceptable,this was so ignarant of this irate woman to take an invoice from the shop that gave her that bill and go complain against it to the sublet shop, then go home and get on the internet and start wrighting things like this about something she don't have a clue as to what happened. this matter should have never ended up at my doorsteps,this shoud have been addressed at the shop that gave here that bill. after her filing a complaint with the bbb,i responded telling it like i just told it ,she went back to the other shop and i do not know what happened from there. i am innocent of what this ignarant woman accused me of.
