I personally have many issues with Mike Martens. Whenever he attends a board meeting, he is dressed very unprofessional - in shorts and a t-shirt. He always smells like a bar because he is a habitual smoker. He never returns phone calls or texts. He is very rude. I have had issues with Mike because he refuses to fix things in a timely manner, and will not communicate his plans.
