Recently my Dad's wife passed on to greener pastures. Her only son and responsible family member had been working in the mid-east until being notified of his mother's health situation. He had a lot to coordinate in a short period of time. I know he was relieved and comforted by Mr. Shell's assistance at all levels. I have met with Mr. Shell on several occasions to discuss final arrangements for our family members.
