With a family background in design and the arts, Frankie York's art education started at an early age. By 22 she had already worked for galleries in New York and Santa Fe as well as receiving her degree in Interior Design from the University of Kentucky. After a few years in the design field, Frankie opened New Editions Gallery. The gallery has evolved and grown over a 20 year span to become one of Lexington, Kentucky's oldest and finest contemporary art galleries.
