Unprofessional people, can hold trucks which deliver then produce for days and days, they will refuse to unload under different circumstances, i was here 11 months ago and today same issues, one of they’re employee told me he don’t give a s..... that’s how you get treated if doing business with this location....

Bad treatment of a disabled Veteran! On google reviews of this company is 1.5 stars out of 5. There are similar complaints there. Thier safety rating is 50% with the national average at 20.61%. 50% (half) the time thier trucks are inspected, they are put out of service for devective equipment. I arrived at 1 am on 2/20/2017, I was directed to go to the rear of the building to wait to get off loaded. The security checked me in at 1:30 am. At 6:12 am I clled the number on the rate confirmation to ask if they had an idea of when I would get off loaded. They said " I have 15 workers and 30 trucks to off load. We will get to you when we can." At 10:30 am I asked one of the dock workers where the office was. I went to the office and there was a man in there. I walked in and started to wait since he was on the phone. He then said "Some one just fucking walked into my office" while he was on the phone, he approched me yelling, "get the fuck out" several times while opening the door and pushing me out. I approached a dock worker and asked if he knew where my BOL was and if he knew what was going on. The man that just pushed me out of the office came out of the office and was yelling to leave everyone alone. I said I was just asking if he knew where my BOL Was. He said that " I do not fucking car, get the fuck out of here, we are not going to off load you." I asked for my BOL. He said that "get the fuck out of here, we are not going to off load you and you are not getting you BOL.
