splash pools and construction is a family owned and operated california pool builder. Splash Pools and Construction is a family owned and operated California pool builder serving San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange County and the surrounding areas of the Inland Empire. With over 30 years of experience, our owner, Jeff Stephenson, has been building quality custom pools for local families- creating designs that speak to the customer’s individual tastes and lifestyle needs. His approach to customer service has defined our company’s philosophy of treating every customer like an extension of our family. As a family team, we strive to create a personal atmosphere for our customers, encouraging open communication and customer involvement throughout the designing and building process. This not only helps us to build better pools, but also allows us to build special relationships with you and your family.
