Bought my gun safe from this company, brought it to my home installed it. Works fine for several years. Sold that home, had them come out, removed it, and transported it to new home reinstalled it in the garage of the new one. Worked fine again. Problem developed in securing the door trying to close and active the locking bolts. Talked to the owner of Fort Knox Northwest. He gave me three suggestions where I might look to resolve the problem, and bingo found exactly what he thought it might be. The safe and I are happy again! Good company to work with!
