I recently called to inquire about a custom photo mat, giving all the necessary dimensions and color preferences. Instead of giving me a quote, the lady I talked to said it would just be easier to come in to the store. When I explained that I was out of the country and wouldn't be back in town until right before I needed the mat, she said "well, I guess I can't help you then." After such a rude phone call, I immediately contacted the business via email concerning my experience. Having been in customer service my entire professional career, I wanted to give them a chance to resolve this situation privately, and without having to use public reviews, etc. Unfortunately there was no response to my email.
