SIMPLY THE BEST !! I had initially and unfortunately gone elsewhere for an oil change on my wife's Saturn the other day, and was sorely disappointed. The "other shop" had attempted to bait me into replacing an oil pan for a leak which had mysteriously manifested while in their care to the tune of $400. I called CHUCK'S the next morning to describe the situation, and they said "bring it on in & we'll take a look". The long and the short of it is: I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere else but to CHUCK's in the future. The courteous and friendly staff got me in quickly & set me up with coffee in their waiting area. Then Matt and the crew handled the rest. They properly diagnosed the issue and switched out the inferior oil plug for the correct one, thus stopping the leak that the "other shop" had only exacerbated. I waited a little while while the correct plug was delivered, but hey - they save me nearly $400.00 dollars.
