Curtis Ague and Mike Malo know what they do and promptly reply to educate and help me with maintaining my new salt water system. I expected there to be much more work, but every week that goes by I am amazed at how simple this is! As an artist, I am very detailed and organized. As a business person, I am very responsible. Natural Salt Pools provided me with a detailed plan for my pool and continue to follow up with any questions I have about maintenance, which is basically adding some baking soda or muriatic acid every month. The system does it all and is quiet and doesn't cost much to run! This was just what Curtis had planned for me. I am very thankful I trusted his expertise, which is why I am compelled to write this recommendation. His partner Mike Malo has been excellent at replying to my texts about learning how to test the water and use the system. One of the other aspects that helped me decide to use Natural Salt Pools was the fact that they are licensed here in Hawaii. "You get what you pay for" as the saying goes. Well then I got a deal!

Owner Curtis Ague of Natural Salt Pools is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. He knows his business, and his prices are reasonable. I have been a customer since 1994, when I converted my pool to a salt pool. I am extremely happy with my pool, Natural Salt Pool's bimonthly service, and with the quality of any repairs that have needed to be done over the years. Natural Salt Pools did a fantastic job tiling my pool and switching me over to salt. The pool looks beautiful and the salt water conversion has been the best decision. The owner, Curtis, was easy to work with, very thorough and his prices were quite reasonable. I looked into several companies and he was one of the few who was actually licensed to do the work.Curtis provided the best guidance and customer service and was an easy first choice. I normally do not take the time to write reviews but two years later we contacted Curtis for some additional service, he responded promptly and they have always done a great job. We are so thrilled with the pool in every way.I highly recommend Natural Salt Pools. J. Ayres
