Curtis Ague and Mike Malo know what they do and promptly reply to educate and help me with maintaining my new salt water system. I expected there to be much more work, but every week that goes by I am amazed at how simple this is! As an artist, I am very detailed and organized. As a business person, I am very responsible. Natural Salt Pools provided me with a detailed plan for my pool and continue to follow up with any questions I have about maintenance, which is basically adding some baking soda or muriatic acid every month. The system does it all and is quiet and doesn't cost much to run! This was just what Curtis had planned for me. I am very thankful I trusted his expertise, which is why I am compelled to write this recommendation. His partner Mike Malo has been excellent at replying to my texts about learning how to test the water and use the system. One of the other aspects that helped me decide to use Natural Salt Pools was the fact that they are licensed here in Hawaii. "You get what you pay for" as the saying goes. Well then I got a deal!

Owner Curtis Ague of Natural Salt Pools is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. He knows his business, and his prices are reasonable. I have been a customer since 1994, when I converted my pool to a salt pool. I am extremely happy with my pool, Natural Salt Pool's bimonthly service, and with the quality of any repairs that have needed to be done over the years. I would highly recommend Natural Salt Pools over any other pool company in Kailua. Lois - Kailua

Natural Salt Pools did a fantastic job tiling my pool and switching me over to salt. The pool looks beautiful and the salt water conversion has been the best decision. The owner, Curtis, was easy to work with, very thorough and his prices were quite reasonable. I looked into several companies and he was one of the few who was actually licensed to do the work.Curtis provided the best guidance and customer service and was an easy first choice. I normally do not take the time to write reviews but two years later we contacted Curtis for some additional service, he responded promptly and they have always done a great job. We are so thrilled with the pool in every way.I highly recommend Natural Salt Pools. J. Ayres

This company is run professionally and honestly. Curtis and Michael have figured out how to give great friendly service in a sea of mediocre businesses. The employees are happy, friendly, punctual, and, above all else, know what the hell they are doing. It's like watching finely tuned machines working hard. They showed up every morning just before 8am and left when their work for that day was done. So, hard to find nowadays. Communication was done as necessary without any bs. Hard to believe in this business but they underpromise and overdeliver. Congratulations for running such a great business model!

I have had Natural Salt Pools do installation, repair, and maintenance work on my pools for many years, and I highly recommend them. The work is top notch and the prices are fair. I have hired them to repair poor work by others in a couple of instances and was very satisfied with that work also.

Wow! finally a business that knows how to treat it's patrons. I had the pleasure to do business with Curtis and Mike when my pool need the light system replaced. I was selling my house and didn't have a lot of time. Both Curtis and Mike went above and beyond to make my time line work. They found the right system and replaced the old one with it. Their work ethic is impeccable, their business/trade knowledge is unsurpassed and their customer service is the best I have experienced. They show up on time, return your phone calls in a timely manner, and take the time explain the problem and solution for your pool. If you need pool service, repair or construction, Natural Salt Pools LLC is the company to hire to assure it is done right, the first time. Thanks again Curtis and Mike, and all I can say is "Job well done!"

I am the Resident Manager of a residential condominium complex with a salt water pool and jacuzzi, and a firm believer in the salt system. I have found Curtis and Mike, his helper, to be extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of pool operating systems, filters, pumps and controllers. I recently had a problem that baffled me about chemistry and phosphates, Natural Salt came to my "rescue" and had shown me the problem and how to solve it on the spot. They are always in tune with new products and how they can improve the efficiency of your system. They have been my "GO TO" guys ever since my 1st salt system was installed over 20 years ago. When it comes time to replace my current system, Natural Salt will be the one I call. Aloha, Guy Mazzanti

I have been using this company for a long time. In recent years they have retiled the entire pool and replaced the filter system. Everything to top notch and it all looks and works great. The salt water system is way superior to a chlorine system. It's much less upkeep and no water deposit build up. The pool looks great and is very easy to maintain.
