I have been buying Apple ply from Crosscut for 15 years. Usually I have them quarter a sheet so I can take it home in my car. With the pandemic, most businesses are offer curbside pick up but apparently not Crosscut. What's more, their staff was rude on the phone. I recommend you go somewhere else with better customer service. Mr Plywood took my payment over the phone and will have the quartered baltic birch ready for curbside pickup. They get my business.
