Martin Interiors installed my hardwood flooring. Several areas throughout my floors contain loose boards/squeaks when walked upon. I identified approximately 20 problem spot stretching across the width of my house. Martin Interiors treated these problem spots by injecting glue into the floor and cleaned the areas with a mineral spirit. As a result, discoloration appeared on several of the treated problem spots and my floors remain damaged. Martin Interiors has refused to accept responsibility for the discolored hardwood flooring. Consultations with NWFA inspectors and certified professionals revealed that the numerous spots with loose board/squeaks are the result of a faulty installation process as Martin Interiors did not ensure the subflooring was structurally sound and even. Loose boards/squeaks remain a significant problem throughout my hardwood flooring, and compounding this problem is that my floors look highly unattractive from all of the discolored areas that Martin Interiors attempted to treat.
