Enriching Life Experience I gained invaluable skills and experiences in the mental health field. Experience included training in documentation, ADLs, and Medication Administration. I learned how to provide the support and assistance to implement service plans. I enjoyed the diversity of my co-workers. My co-workers and management were compassionate and kind to the clients and to me. The health insurance benefits are also really good. There are many opportunities for promotion and personal growth. Assisting client's with special needs can be stressful work at the times, but its a good kind of stress and it makes your life feel more meaningful getting to help people.
