Bought a pina colada cake at Costco, and was a bit embarrassed when I served it to company...should have tried it first. It was so dry we could hardly eat it. The flavor was very good, but one guest was unable to eat it. I tried it again later and put crushed pineapple and juice on top, and the outcome was delicious. I would think you might need to make that suggestion on the product packaging...it made all the difference in the world. Thank you.
