They agreed to install customer provided materials at a rate of 1.50 per sq foot. 1080 sq ft for 1620 then it went to 1600 with business partner then up to 1650 with owner after the job already started. They then installed the wrong materials in the wrong rooms. Then they said oh we forgot but itll be another 65 for carpet removal after it was done and another 50 after they picked up materials. Then they mentioned they forgot ill need to buy more materials and itll be another 480 labor and 123.21 for more materials. I did a 600 deposit and have agreed to pay everything but 65 for carpet removal. Now they are threatening to walk off the job and leave me with my 600 bill and the wrong flooring installed in the wrong rooms.
