SAVE YOURSELF A MAJOR HEADACHE! DO NOT HIRE Cyndis floors n more. The worst business experience ever. I've been I Kingman for 56 years, and have never been harassed bullied or treated the way Cyndi Torgerson an Brittany Martinez treated me and my sister. Brittany loves to argue to cover her butt on mistakes that she makes on bids. They demand payment 30 minutes after they say job is complete, if you ask for a bill, they come to your doorstep unannounced yelling, ringing doorbell over and over and calling nonstop. My sister was so afraid for her safety she would not answer door or phone, My sister Emailed Cyndi to set up a meeting for following day With me to do a walkthrough, (my sister was so bullied and intimidated by this two women she did not want to be alone with either of them) Cyndi agreed to do a walkthrough next day but after a no show I called to ask why she was keeping us waiting, and wow she exploded on me, yelling to the point I had to hang up. She lies to cover her own butt, and try's to turn it around saying you are lying. The carpet guy Dan did an amazing job, but Cyndi told him he wasn't getting paid because we hated the job he did and payment was still owed. A $8500+ job which was paid in full before job was started, but by the time job was complete they wanted another $742 for mistakes they had made on bids. My sister paid these women over $9100 just to get rid of them, the tile job was not complete, one toilet was left laying on floor, WE WILL FILE A COMPLIANT WITH THE ROC. I have nothing to gain from this statement other than trying to save someone else the harassment she put my sister and myself through. Please refer to pictures, like they say they are worth a thousand words. I was amazed after posting on Facebook al the other kingman residents with horrible experiences. Over 100... I really do t know how they are still in business, PLEASE BEWARE
