Our business is to tell the story of the early years of our community and the surrounding area using the historic 1903 Moss family home. The Moss Mansion represents an era of styles, decorations, and furnishings that were popular on a national scale at the turn of the century. Documents, furnishings and photos help us interpret the physical and social legacy left in our stewardship. Historic sites, such as this home, give visitors a sense of continuity with their own past that allows them to better understand who we are as a people. We give guided tours of our facility, offer a unique gift shop experience, private tours for large groups, and educational tours for schools statewide. We offer a rental location for interior and exterior events depending upon the season.
