We have been a loyal customer of Bug Man for 11 years. This year their service has really gone down hill. We have spent over 2 months trying to get someone out to look at our lawn, to help solve the problem of dead grass, the lawn full of weeds and insects. Bug Man continued to send out the same tech, if he showed up. He would spend 10 to 15 minutes, servicing our 1/2 acre lawn. Today my husband called and spoke to John, the service manager. At no point did John say I'm sorry, lets see what we can do to solve this issue, let me send someone else out. When he was told our tech was only spending 10 to 15 minutes on our service, crickets. My husband asked him to come out and see the lawn for himself, nothing. Very disappointed in their customer service, or lack of. Save yourself some money and hire another company.
