Worst lawyer ever – had to take him to Arbitration after he failed to fulfill 2 Green Card Applications & a J1 Visa along with illegally withholding documents (still not been to sent to me). Another lawyer got my Green Card. Sidman refused to reimburse me. I won Arbitration (confirmed Sidman failed on THREE jobs hired) and he failed to pay up. Had to file with State Bar to recoup costs.
