We also focus on energy efficiency. A dosing furnace can save over 80% on energy costs and CO2 production over a ladle system with an open well. Our tower furnace is designed to use its own energy to preheat incoming ingots for melting and holds its temperature consistent with at least 3 times the holding capacity of the melting capacity.
