I have been trying to call your dispatch for over an hour straight, both numbers and NO one is answering the phone. I know you may be busy but in an off hour, this is ABSOLUTELY POOR!!! Seems like you might need to find a different dispatcher!! I wasn't going to give you 1 star but had too to post this comment!

I have been a customer of MTS for almost a decade. Mainly because they are the only service in town, and other reasons such as no Uber of Lift drivers around. Their drivers range in aptitude from Excellent Driver to Had To Have Blown The Driving Instructor, and tend to avwrge out at barely capable. Same goes for the driver's personal hygene, unfortunately. And, on several occasions the dispatch has forgotten to write down my scheduled in advance pick ups. I have had to wait for up to an hour after calling for a pick up. And at least once a day theybhave their phones off the hook for up to and hour a day, leaving no one able to call for a ride.
