Racist judge in Valparaiso family court. He refuses to give my sons father a drug test. He allowed my son's father to kidnap my son by keeping him too long for summer vacation and enrolling him in a new school when I planned on enrolling him at Joan Martin School in Hobart. This judge said that was ok and I enrolled my son at the new boys and girls club and the father still won't cooperate. My son's father regularly starves his from grease and flour and I have to have food delivery sent over when my son is over there. My son is forced to call a white woman " mom" and that is his father's new wife. I am his mom and they told him not to call me " mom". They dont want him associating with ethnic people in the family because my son passes for white but I am not white. This is racism and against the law. This father is Dr. James Gano in Chesterton and I am just a single mom in Indiana that needs help to remove this judge. He is insane!
