Nelson Handal, MD, FAPA, is the Founder, Chairman, and Medical Director at the Dothan Behavioral Medicine Clinic in Dothan, Alabama. In addition to having established DBMC and serving as Medical Director at a large inpatient psychiatric hospital, Laurel Oaks Behavioral Health Center, Dr. Handal participates in extensive clinical research and is a national consultant and speaker on child and adolescent psychiatry.
