Steamboat's premiere sushi bar and Asian influenced cuisine restaurant. Warm, welcoming, lively and fun. The only limitation is our Chefs' imagination Voted "Best of the Boat" Sushi for 12 years. Sake2U is serving our signature sushi and Asian influenced cuisine plus American fare from our premier spot on the River. After 10 years on the mountain as Saketumi, the move to a bigger space where Butcherknife Creek meets the Yampa River lets our patrons enjoy separate bar and dining seating, as well as upper and lower deck views of Emerald Mountain, Howelsen Hill and Mt Werner. We made our reputation on sushi, but we're not just a sushi restaurant and longer. Open 5 Nights 3PM - Close / Happy Hour 3-6PM Open Saturday & Sunday 11AM-Close / Happy Hour 2-6PM Weekend Brunch served 11-2. Yep, American style brunch and all of your Sushi & Sake2U favorites in the downstairs Lounge & River Room with the NFL Ticket for you sports fans. Free Live Music in the River Room EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT during the Winter and EVERY SUNDAY AFTERNOON on our riverside stage in the Summer.
