It was a Sunday Morning and my submersible pump decided to stop working. Had left two voice-mails with a well servicing company and I eventually ended up talking to my friend who recommended Kelley's Pump Sales and Service. Since it was Sunday i thought I'll call in the am. Around 6:00pm I got a call from Kelly and he said he just got my message from the well servicing company and he would be right out. Within 15 minutes of calling me Kelly showed up and went right to work. My system had not been serviced in 20 years and he replaced a worn out pressure switch, set my captive air tank pressure to the correct pressure, replaced my pump control box and fixed my broken well head. Did I mention he did all of this in about an hour. If you find yourself out of water or you are worried about your water pump, I would definitely give Kelly a call at 509.607.6292. His rates are very reasonable and I really liked his professionalism and courtesy. He could have told me to wait until Monday. Instead he came out on a warm Sunday evening to get my water going. In this economy it's hard to find an honest, hard-working, top rate well servicing technician but I can tell you, Kelly is the only person I would want to work on my water system and when it comes time to replace my submersible pump, Kelly will be the person who will be getting my business.
