I can't write a recommendation as I can't get ANYONE to respond after several phone calls. I ordered a LauraStar ironing system from this company on 9/14/12 and no packing slip was enclosed. When I tried to register for the warranty, I'm informed that it only applies to Switzerland, Luxembourg and 3 other foreign companies. I have tried repeatedly to find out how to warranty this iron in the USA. NO RESPONSE. I do not know what's going on and why no one will return my calls. I've left several voice mails and am considering returning the iron if I don't get some results
