Using livestock to improve producer profitability and landscape sustainability

Owner Kathy Voth created a method for teaching cows to eat weeds and provides consulting, books and DVDs to help producers teach their own livestock. She is also known for her handbook on CD "Goats! For Firesafe Homes in Wildland Areas" that provides information on how to best manage goats for fire danger reduction, including logisitics, contracting and business planning. She is a popular speaker at agriculture related conferences and seminars.
