I hired Kevin in July 2020 to build a privacy fence, arbor, and a bench for my backyard. Kevin agreed to do this work at a fixed quote of $4000. He collected $4000 and he finished the work of the privacy fence and bench. He didn't finish the work of the arbor and even after multiple follow-ups dated till today (Dec 11 2020), he didn't agree on a date to complete the work. I contacted the Sherrif's office and he left us a text message asking for additional money. Out of goodwill, I agreed to pay $325 with the hope that he will at least complete my work. I haven't heard back from him yet and hence filing this complaint.
