This tax year 2018 was almost a disaster thanks to Mr. Kloman! On his advice he filed for an extension for us. We had until today 10-15 for him to submit our taxes. We started calling him in early September, and 99% of the time we left messages either by phone or e-mail that were totally ignored. When we did finally get a hold of him he reassured us that all will be filed on time. My wife called and spoke to him this past Sat., the 12th, he again said that he would get the taxes filed!! This am we get a cell phone message from his daughter saying that " my dad Rik will be out on medical leave, and when he does come back will do the filing and pay any penalties"!! It appears that he has stress issues. What a shame as we have used him for over 25+ years. Ever since 2017 he has been getting more and more flaky!! He almost cost us over $8000 in penalties for not filing, etc. We were able to go by his office and pick up our tax documents and lucky enough to find a place that did them for us. WE WILL NEVER BE USING HIS SERVICES AGAN!! Now when you check online for the state licencing board it shows his license has not been renewed. If a 0 was offered that would be too much!
