I highly advise NOT using Pride Bus Company. Our experience with them was nothing short of a disaster. We had a scheduled field trip for 65 students and 7 adults, and only ONE bus showed up on time. The second bus, which was supposed to arrive at 9:30 AM, didn't show up AT ALL. No call, no explanation. After desperately reaching out to them, we were told the driver had a "mechanical breakdown"-and then they just left us stranded with no backup plan. The company made no effort to correct the situation and didn't seem to care about the students left in limbo, causing extreme disappointment and frustration. This is absolutely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, communication, and concern for the safety and well-being of the students is appalling. AVOID this company at all costs unless you want to ruin your plans and be left dealing with a complete mess. Pride Bus Company has zero regard for customer service or their commitments. This is a company that should NOT be trusted with any type of important transportation needs. If I could give negative stars, I would.
