I am having a terrible experience with Totah Properties. Since October, I have been trying to work with Bob to get a tree on his property maintained so it doesn't fall on my house even paying for an arborist recommendation and offering to split the cost of maintenance. He gave me the runaround for 8 months and finally told me tonight it's my problem - the tree doesn't "bother him" and if it fell and killed my children he had a$5 million insurance policy to cover a lawsuit. Not an upstanding person to do business with.
