Local fresh produce Our mission is to provide fresh, healthy and low cost vegetables and fruit to our community and their friends. We grow almost everything on site using organic methods as much as possible. We weed by hand and pick off insects by hand. We compost and supplement with a mild fertilizer. Our produce is picked by hand and on the shelves of our farm-stand within the hour. We also raise chickens for their fresh brown eggs that are sold in the farm-stand.
