At 8:15PM on Feburary 11th on hwy 99 SB, a large white pickup truck with the name "Marcel" and the phone number 206-781-1827 passed me going southbound at a high rate of speed. The driver passed me where the road goes from 3 lanes to 2, and I had to swerve to avoid him as he changed into my lane. I followed the driver SB on hwy 99 until he exited the hwy at the sound end of the First Avenue South Bridge. There was a number 2 in the back window of the truck. The windows of the truck were somewhat tinted, but the driver appeared to be a white male with dark hair, maybe in his 20s to 30s. At one point, it appeared he was using a cell phone. I was riding a motorcycle, and I am a motorcycle safety instructor. I believe a less experienced rider would have probably collided with this vehicle. I would highly recommend *not* doing business with this company based on the fact that this driver had no consideration of anybody else on the road but himself.
