Professional, all risk Fire Department The Gila River Indian Community Fire Department and divisions provide the following services and training: Fire Department Operations Division provides emergency response and mitigation to calls for service from the public. These services include fire suppression services for wild land, structure, and vehicle fires, emergency medical services in partnership and support of Gila River EMS, hazardous materials mitigation, vehicle lockout, search and rescue operations, animal control incidents such as snake removal and swarming bees, and various forms of public assistance services whenever called upon.
