This is for the lady and gentlemen,that wrote a bad letter stating that we we sell bad clocks.They came into but a clock i,it was given to her ,where she stuck her nail into it like ten times ,saying it looked better and anitqueish.The next day i get a man saying he was going to hurt mr or kill me.This couple was told the day it was bought it would not be no refund.We stated that they could bring the clock back in i would look at it ,was not good enough ,she ruined the clock from the get go and he saw what she did to it and did not want it .It was not that the clock was broken it was just messed up by a lady who thought she would design the clock better. We tried to help but they did not want help they wanted money back ,from witch they would told that day no refunds on this clock only.
