Duane installed our pool a couple of years ago. Although the initial part of the installation went well (the pool frame), everything afterwards has been horrible. He said we did not need a retention wall, then later he said we needed one. We said we wanted the wall with a 90 degree angle and he put in a curve. He said he would be done in September, and it took 6 months longer. Installed a runoff drain (good idea) directly over a hill (bad idea) which then eroded the hill, causing us afterwards to build another retention wall to deal with the location he put the drain (because he did not coordinate the location with us). We have chipping in our coping and have asked for over a year for him to fix it and he has yet to even come by and look. He rarely returns calls or texts and does not show up when he says he will (He has said he would be by to look at the chipping multiple times and never did - just to look at it, not even talk about fixing it). I DO NOT recommend Atlantic Pools. Do not expect any warranty support because they do not get back with you to fix a problem.
