John Vosika is the worst contractor I have ever had that worked and did repairs in my home. He was contracted by the City of Apache Junction, under a grant to do repairs and rehab on my home. He put in unfunctional bath exhaust fans, 4, it took him two days to install and keep coming back because they didn't work. They still don't and make a lot of noise to boot. He put in inferior carpet with no scotch guard and a carpet that should never have been used on stairs. You can see the seams and left places where the carpet is coming up on the stairs and places where carpet is missing. He broke off a piece of wood off the bottom of my cabinetry they he knocked off while removing the stove to do flooring and just left it. To top it all off, broke the tile that surrounds my fireplace, admitted to it and said he would replace it but did nothing. He will not come back to address any of the issues I have. Also, he climbed on my front loading clothes dryer to work on the exhaust fan and left a big dent in it! That day he didn't bring a ladder. He lies and has a very bad demeanor. Please find yourself a reputable Company to get the work done in your home and save yourself money and all the trouble to deal with such a Company. (he works with his son). Carpet professionals were to put in the carpet but he had his friend do the shoddy work.
