I purchased LLoyd Flanders from Patio Furniture Warehouse in Hallandale, Fl It arrived with all chipped or missing plastic feet. I did not realize this till the next day. I immediately called Robin, the owner and sent her pictures by phone. She promised me she would take care of it. After almost a month went by, after multiple calls to her, she said she received from Kerry Greenberg, her rep confirmation to replace all of the pieces. A day before I received this confirmation from Robin, I contacted American Express. I asked them for advice because I put the deposit on AX. The balance, which was over $7,000 was paid by check.(this was the only type of payment allowed at delivery) When Robin was contacted by AX she became angry and left me a voicemail saying she canceled the replacement furniture order. She now said she decided that since I signed for it she has no legal obligation to me. Help!! The LLoyd Flanders website says you have to go through the dealer for warranty and Robin won't even do that. Kerry Greenberg, the LLoyd Flanders rep said she can't help either, even though she had left me a message that the replacement furniture was ordered. She said she can't help because Robin canceled the order.
