I signed up for service in April 2017. It was great at first then it dwindled down to absolutely no service within months. I complained, nothing happened, I stopped paying twice, nothing happened other than they just kept billing me. They rarely answer the phone and when they do they are rude. I finally got fed up with being ripped off and paying them for no service while I am left burning my trash. I contacted them via email and it was made very clear they didnt care. First I was told to call everytime they miss. That would have me calling every week twice a week. I was then told the reason they had not been picking up my trash was because I wasnt one of their stops (so why were they taking my money?), I was also told that their drivers said I wasnt putting my trash out which was a blatant lie that I could easily disprove if I wanted to spend the time to pour over the hours of recordings I have because they arent smart enough to read the big sign on my fence that says there are cameras recording as well as the very obvious cameras outside. I requested a refund for all of the months I received no service and I was told I have to prove they did not provide service otherwise they were only going to issue an $8.50 refund. It isnt about the money though, I only asked for the refund after the completely awful customer service and lack of concern for the fact they know they ripped me off and didnt provide the service but want to talk to me like I am the idiot. I signed up for service in April 2017. It was great at first then it dwindled down to absolutely no service within months. I complained, nothing happened, I stopped paying twice, nothing happened other than they just kept billing me. They rarely answer the phone and when they do they are rude. I finally got fed up with being ripped off and paying them for no service while I am left burning my trash. I contacted them via email and it was made very clear they didnt care.
