Very bad service, This person did not return my phone calls to address my concern, his secretary answered telling me he’ll come me back & its being 5 days now. Do not hire this person for home appraisal

DO NOT HIRE them. If the guy has any sense, he would not give me such low appraisal @$395K. I've top of the line Thermador/Bosh appliances, Itlian wood cabinets, silestone countertop, glass tile mosaic back splash all the way up to the ceiling & 24"x24" travertine stone tiles installed in my oversized (17'X20'), 2010 remodeled kitchen. Master bath was done in 2011 with Kohler custom shower system & a 2 person 6ft Kohler LED air jet, ToTo toilet/washlet & a ToTo 48" vanity, Robern LED backlite mirror/medicine cabinet, & 24"x24" full travertine stone tiles from floor to 17' high cathedral ceiling. Maywood is a nice town. Crime rate is exteremly low, you feel safe to allow your kids to walk around at the uptown area by themselves (Maywood's main street). It is close to everything, malls, highways, resturants, parks, hospitals, and transportation to NY. The only draw back is we do not have our own high school.
