Advancing the way the world connects with talent nextSource in Philadelphia PA is solely focused on four workforce solutions offerings: managed services programs (MSP), employer or record (EOR) services, worker compliance and classification services and statement of work (SOW) services. Through the application of our proprietary Progressive Program Model (PPM), which applies continuous improvement methodology to advance each client program, our customers realize optimization of their contingent labor needs. As a leading provider of MSP services, we curate, nurture and redeploy client referred talent pools; unencumbered by a staffing arm we leverage this population for our clients as it provides lower cost, higher performing talent, and can bring a competitive advantage.
