Unprofessional, rude & doesn't deliver!
This business probably survives on long term contracts, but if you're an average home owner, don't use them. You'll get unprofessional service, empty promises, rude office staff and a heap of frustration during your project. Not worth it. Check other reviews, they're all the same: rude and dishonest. We ordered a dumpster for ASAP delivery. Delivery was promised for 5 days later, paid the $550 deposit. Hired workers for the date promised to load dumpster, but it never arrived. Called to ask what was up, they said it would be delivered between 4-5pm (very unhelpful while I had workers on site all day long). Dumpster was never delivered. Next day, called to inquire, no apologies whatsoever, to the contrary they had no answers, a shoddy system of recording my order, since they didn't even know what I ordered or what my address was and basically gave me the run around. Told me delivery would be soon, but it still did not come. Now, 6 calls and many hours later, I still don't have a dumpster, but my workers are still on site and have piled the yard high with waste. When I asked again when I could expect the dumpster, the girl at the office pretty much said it would be delivered when they were good and ready, was irritated that I was trying to hold them to a time, then hung up on me. When I called to get prices for dumpsters, the gentleman on the phone was so short with me and seemed to be annoyed about giving out measurements and prices.
