At our firm the client is in charge. He or she is the general and as an advisor we execute the general's strategy during the day when our client is busy with other issues. We execute through Interactive Brokers, LLC , Trust Company of America or Fidelity Investments in the case of 401k and 403b accounts. Advisor's Capital holds no client assets. All assets are held by the broker or trust company. We are not a broker dealer. We choose our broker and custodian based on low cost and specialized services offered to our client. For example at Interactive Brokers LLC. our client has access to stocks, options, bonds, and mutual funds worldwide using one brokerage account. 100 shares of stock or one option is executed for only $1.00 commission in the U.S. Executions do not include a middle man or trading firm with an unknown cost. Our Trust Company of America relationship is unique. Regardless of how large the account is Trust Company of America charges only $20.00 per month. Transactions are executed at a 2 cents per share commission plus a $15 trade fee divided by the number of accounts making the trade. Example: purchasing 500 shares of Disney at $105 for 100 clients would cost $10 plus 15 cents or $10.15 in fees total.
