Its hard to imagine that the owners who own the entertainment center own the hotel as well. Its like they don't care about that aspect of their business at all or improving it. The staff at the hotel are incredible and its rooms are so clean but the staff and housekeeping have to overcompensate for the complete lack of care the owners are willing to give the hotel.
