I hired Extra Mile to inspect a home my husband and I are considering to buy, renovate and flip. It's been sitting empty for some years, so Jay really got "down and dirty" doing the inspection. And wow- did he INSPECT! He was all over the roof, looking at each and every detail, down to the basement crawl space to look at the insulation and foundation, and everywhere in between. He inspected every inch of that house, and gave us an amazingly detailed report that outlines each and every thing that is both right, and wrong with this house.
