Took a little Ranger bass boat in for a tune up and throttle cable replacement TWO MONTHS ago - I've called them 3 times - been by once - they are not finished! They have NEVER called me during this two month time to let me know what - if anything they are doing - They will fall over backwards to sell you a new boat - just hope it doesn't need service when you buy it! I took it in a little before Easter weekend hoping to have it for the lake - today is Memorial Day - maybe it will be ready by Labor day. 5 thumbs down!
